Construction Services Director- Owner’s Representative

Westbrook Development Corporation is the development entity of Westbrook Housing Authority and is expanding to meet the great need for more affordable housing in the City of Westbrook and Cumberland County at large.  The Construction Services Director will coordinate with the  Development Team on the pre-development design and planning of all projects which may be new construction, acquisition-rehabilitation and/or conversions.  As Owner’s Representative, this position will represent the owner during construction and post construction activities and provide reports to the Development Director and Administrator.  This position will also develop 20-year Capital Improvement Plans for each property and provide technical assistance to the Westbrook Housing Facilities Maintenance Director.
